Eric G. Carpenter, owner, is a Certified Estate Planner and Licensed Agent for Health Insurance in
the State of Kentucky.  As a former Elder Law Paralegal, Eric has years of experience in the
specialized field of Elder Law, administrative law, disability planning, estate planning, and various
other legal fields. Respected by members of the legal community and bar as an expert in the area of
Medicaid Planning,  Eric is a non-attorney representative and not a licensed, practicing attorney. He
received his degree in Paralegal Studies from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, and gained
his experience in the legal field as an Elder Law Paralegal for a Certified Elder Law Attorney in
Dublin, Ohio.  Additionally, he is a recent graduate of the National Institute of Certified Estate
Planners, of which he is a member in good standing.  His professional affiliations have included
membership in the paralegal section of the Ohio State Bar Assoication, National Federation of
Paralegals Association, he is often asked to speak as an educator in the field of Medicaid Planning to
attorneys, financial planners, nursing home administrators, and other elder care professionals on
topics related to Medicaid Planning, Asset protection Planning, and Public Benefits for disabled and
elderly persons.  Eric is currently a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial
Advisors, National Care Planning Council, Association of Health Insurance Advisors, Kentucky

Raymond D. Hudson, co-owner, is our Director of Marketing.  Raymond  has over 20 years
experience in sales, marketing, and as a service manager in various industries.  He works with
hospitals, nursing facilities, banks, and mortgage companies to explore ways that our services can
augment their business.  Raymond is a graduate of the Hondros College Insurance Program currently
studying for his licensure as a Life & Health agent in the state of Kentucky. If you are a medical

Megan C. McKay, Client Services Coordinator, is a Junior at Georgetown College.  There, she's a
member of the Kappa Delta Sorority and Pre-Law Society. Her major in Political Science, double
minors in Business and Communication, and interests  in Estate Law and marketing, make her a
natural fit with our team and the face of Medicurity's future.  Her interests include the Equine Scholar
Program, Phi Beta Lambda, and Georgetown College's representative in the Kentucky Mountain
Laurel Festival.  As a participant in the Miss Kentucky Scholarship Organization, she will compete in
the Miss Kentucky USA pageant over the Thanksgiving holdiay weekend.  Megan looks forward to
